Junk Food vs. Burpees

Have you ever done a burpee? This athletic move is famous – or infamous – for its ability to wipe out even the most seasoned athletes. The move itself is simple: jump into the air, drop and do a pushup, then jump back up. Go ahead, try a few; if you make it to 30 without stopping, we applaud you!
